Le service http://nicolas.cx/ permet de conserver un nom de machine statique même avec une adresse IP dynamique.

Le programe NICOLAS.APP automatise le réglage de votre nom avec votre nouvelle adresse à chaque connexion dynamique.

The server http://nicolas.cx/ allow a static name on InterNet with a dynamic IP address.

NICOLAS.APP set automatically your new dynamic IP address automatically for your static name.

Inscription

Remplir le formulaire suivant.

Donner un nom de compte ("NAME"), indiquez a quelle adresse email on peut vous joindre , choisissez un nom de machine ("HOSTNAME") et cliquez sur "Add" pour valider.

Fill the formular below.

Choice an account-name, give your email, choice a machine name ("HOSTNAME") and click on "Add".

Votre nom sur l'Internet sera "hostname".dyn.nicolas.cx

Your name on Internet will be "hostname".dyn.nicolas.cx

Configuration

Editer le fichier "DEFAULT.CFG" et ajouter :

Edit STinG's DEFAULT.CFG file and add :

- "NICOLAS_NAME = name" (needed for inscription, not used, for futurs uses.)

- "NICOLAS_HOST = hostname" (needed for inscription.)

- "NICOLAS_SERVER = server"

eg:

    # STinG's DEFAULT.CFG

    # for NICOLAS.APP with
    #
    #  name    : xxxxx
    #  server  : nicolas.cx
    #  host    : booklage
    #
    #  Your name will be "booklage.dyn.nicolas.cx"
    #
    NICOLAS_NAME = xxxxx
    NICOLAS_HOST = booklage
    NICOLAS_SERVER = 24.113.29.179

Usage

Lancer NICOLAS.APP et cliquer sur "Login" pour transmettre votre adresse IP courante, ou "Logout" pour retirer votre adresse IP.

NICOLAS.APP accepte les parametres suivants :

• "-i" pour in Login automatique.

• "-o" pour in Logout automatique.

Launch NICOLAS.APP and click on "Login" for set your actual IP address in nicolas DNS or "Logout" for erase your IP from DNS.

NICOLAS.APP accept parameters :

• "-i" for automatic Login.

• "-o" for automatic Logout.

Fixed : Sorry, bug about parameters "-i" and "-o" fixed.

New : You can logout from the nicolas DNS.

New : You can login or logout automatically by passing parameter "-i" (login) and "-o" (logout).

New : As all applications, NICOLAS.PRG is remamed NICOLAS.APP.
