Readme for Ethernet Pocket Adapter driver 12 Feb 2001

Provided you have the PCB and an adapter ;-) installation is simple:
just drop ETHER_PA.STX to your STING folder and reboot. When your
system is ready, go to 'STinG Port Setup' CPX and select 'EtherNet'.
Fill the fields with an IP Address and sub mask (ie 255.255.255.0)
for this port and set the MTU to 1500 bytes. It is important for
Ethernet traffic to have an MTU not more than 1500 bytes!

Now select General. There is a bug to this CPX so you'll have to
select RTL 8012 in 'Choose Hardware :' popup. The bug is that the
CPX will not accept the first entry (should be "No Selection").

The internal MAC is now readen correctly from the adapter and stored
in the driver. Even if you don't see it in the CPX it is correctly
 used internaly.

Now press the 'Active' button, save settings and enjoy the speedy
 transfers.
