In order to clean up the mess that has evolved with setting parameters
for low-level port drivers, I have invented the cntrl_port() call which
is supposed to work in a similar fashion as the TOS Fcntl() call does.
An incompatibility was inevitable, so please note the changed DRIVER
structure, and the additional definitions for the cntrl() function.
As a consequence this stuff does not work with older versions of STinG
anymore, you'll need STinG V1.16 at least. Find the source code for the
driver with cntrl_port() in the NEW directory.

For the people who have a Riebl card and long to use it with STinG I have
added a Riebl driver binary that works with older STinG versions (but not
with V1.16 and later ;-) ). Find this driver in the OLD directory. It does
up to 150 kB/s on a TT, which is about the same value it does with MiNTnet.
Note not all clients support this kind of speed, some will be slower for
client internal limitations.

Have fun !

Cheers Peter
