From Friday, the 21st of April 2000 and Monday, the 24th, was the Silly
Venture 2000 Atari party held in Gdansk, Poland. It was organised by the
Mystic Bytes crew, and allowed Atarians from different European countries
to gather : Swedish, Dutch, German, French, British, Slovakian and Polish
Atarians were present at the party.
This page is devoted to all the pictures I shot at the party. I used a
40 exp. film, and all of them are on this page ! Enjoy !
Please forgive me about this, but I wasn't able to remind the
(nick)names for some of the people who are on some of my pictures. In this
case, I replaced the name in the comment by a '?' character. If you could
help me finding out some of these names, I'd be really glad.
At the party place
The party place was a big room in a primary school. The room was made
up of a bottom floor, on which were most of the polish dudes, and a
balcony, on which were the Swedish, Dutch, German and French people.

The trip in town
Grey (the main organiser) managed to obtain a bus for a trip in Gdansk.
So we left our machines and went out for a bus and foot trip in the town
and its vicinity.

The trip to and from Gdansk
I went to the party with ST Survivor and 505. I started alone by train
on Wednesday the 19th of April, from Paris to Belfort (STS' place). Then,
the following day, after 10 hours of braving some heavy traffic jams in
Germany, we arrived at Dresden, Germany, where 505 lives. After a good
sleep at his place, and some hours in the traffic jams again, and several
beers later, we finally arrived at the party place.
Concerning the trip back home, it was the same, but in the opposite
order, and we haven't slept in Germany : We just did a 22 hours trip,
including pauses, from Gdansk to Belfort.
