Welcome to "www.atarihistory.de"!

"Just another" Atari-dedicated site on the internet, you might think; but we try to define our mission in another way: we don't want to show everything about Atari, we just want to show you the company and it's complete line of video-game-systems, except the stand-alone machines. The computer and Coin-Op-sections only exist for the reason of completeness.
Ok, there is a "Portfolio"-section, but it's only been set-up to show that Atari always has been way-ahead of it's time - technically and, as quite always, innovatively. What other company thought of a PDA in 1989?

We are the only web-site in the Atari-community to show Atari's patents as PDF-documents.
