More Details: This system replaces the SIO cables used in your Atari devices. You open each device, unsolder the SIO jack(leave the second jack if desired), then solder in the EASI/O S2 Jack board. Reassemble your device. Move to the next one. Show me how to connect.HERE. Connecting the devices is very easy. Just plug in a standard Ethernet cable into the Right/Black RJ45 jack. This works with most devices available. A few require the lesser used lines, so make it the first in the chain and connect another cable to the Left/RED jacks. And best of all, there is no such thing as a dead end device now. Just plug in a standard, straight RJ45 Splitter and you instantly have 2 jacks. Need to switch around peripheral sets? Just use a standard RJ45 Switch box as needed! Atari SIO Jacks and plugs are hard to find and expensive. Replace them now. |
