This rather large and cumbersome box came out of the Atari corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.   It was used in what Atari used to call the "Shake & Bake" department.   Quality Assurance engineers would put Atari products through their paces to ensure that they meet FCC standards and Atari standards for operation and performace.   This unit measured the audio/video signals from the Atari 800 Computer System.
