Place ball of solder (0.7mm diamater) on one end of device, add flux jelly and move Your soldering iron back and forth on whole side
in the result You will get most pads nicely wet by solder with few last one bridged together - correct this usind desoldering braid, then add some more flux and move soldering iron along pads once more
Don't be tempted to just tact-solder the device - its just not good enought - shortcuts here may result in headaches later
